Request Data Deletion
Alarm Announcer Pro
What data we hold
Alarm Announcer Pro stores the following data on our servers associated with your anonymous install ID:
- Install UUID & credit balance — a random identifier generated on first launch, linked to any credits you have purchased.
- Google / Apple Sign-In link — if you choose to sign in with Google or Apple to protect your credits, we store an opaque identifier (your Google or Apple subject ID — a short alphanumeric code, not your name or email) linked to your install ID. This is used solely to recover your credits across reinstalls. We receive no name, email address, or profile data from these providers unless you explicitly provide it elsewhere.
- Purchase audit log — a record of credit purchases for accounting and fraud prevention. We are required to retain this for 7 years by financial regulations and cannot delete it on request.
- Crash reports — anonymous diagnostic data. These are automatically deleted after 30 days and do not need a deletion request.
We do not hold your name, email address, payment card details, voice recordings, or generated audio on our servers.
How to find your Install ID
Open the app and go to Settings → Support → Install ID. Long-press the version text at the bottom of Settings to copy it to your clipboard.
Submit a deletion request
Fill in the form below and we will delete your data within 30 days.
Deleting your data will also delete everything linked to your install ID, including your credit balance, any purchased credits, and any Google or Apple Sign-In link. Credits cannot be recovered after deletion. If you have a significant credit balance, please use it before submitting this request.
Note: purchase audit records required for financial compliance (7-year retention) cannot be deleted, but these contain no personal identifiers.
